IE7 flash problem

i downloaded the new IE7...
but i cannot open flash video in YOUTUBE.com
it appears a message like this:

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of
Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player. "

so i went to the flash player's website and i was trying to download the
flash player...but i found out that i already have the latest flash player...

so i just wanna ask how can i solve this problem and how can i turn on the
JavaScript
