IE7 error at 42% of installation process

I unistalled IE7 Beta January release, tried to install the march release,
get the error, watch the foros, follow the instructions to disble antivirus,
firewalls, system tray programas and reboot twice and more. And still can not
install the new march release neither the january release.

How can I do it?

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
