ie7 crash in MSN Money Portfolio + Windows Live Toolbar

When accessing MSN Money Portfolio (with the MSN Money Investment Toolbox
installed)IE 7.0.5730.11 crashes with the following ERROR WINDOW:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

i have discovered that the 'Windows Live Toolbar' is the culprit. if you
disable the Live Toolbar, the crash will NOT happen!
i have the following buttons installed on the Live Toolbar:
-MSN
-Messenger,Mail,Spaces
-Outlook Toolbar
-Form Fill
