IE7 Beta Questions/Bugs?

Been playing with Vista build 5219 and the version of IE 7 that installs with
it. Noticed two things right away:
1) visited links aren't differentiated (i.e. colored purple).
2) can't seem to install ActiveX controls such as Flash. I get the
following error dialog:
Copy Error

Setup cannot copy the file GetFlash.exe.

Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and
insert '(Unknown)' in the drive you specify.

The path listed seems correct and I can see the executable.

Any ideas?

7 Beta forum.
 
If you're an official beta participant, you have access to the private
newsgroup for IE7-in-WinXP.

MSDN subscribers are being pointed to the following IE General newsgroup
(though there's little discussion about IE7 there and the newsgroup is not
monitored by MS):

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
