IE7 and Vista

My Internet explorer 7 is forever restarting. This is becoming more and more
frustrating and the only suggestion it was the flash player. However I have
upgraded this and it still does it. Any ideas ???

Clear all the cookies and caches and restore the program to factory settings.

Don't upgrade the flash player, remove it and reinstall it.
