Hi!

To be able to check homepages with different browsers I have installed
some other browsers beside of ie60sp1

After this installation ie60sp1 doesn´t open adobe acrobat files any
more. there is only a blank site displayed.

I have reinstalled ie60sp1 and adobe acrobat 50 but with no improvement.

I use: win2kpro, ie60sp1 + q822925

how can I tell ie60sp1 to open *.pdf with acrobat..

thx for helping,
Bernhard

Open Regedit and navigate to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Plugins\Extension

Export it and then delete it. The reason to export it is so that you can
Merge it back if things get worse. You will probably notice the similarity
to Sandi's advice. If there is a sub-key for .pdf, deleting that might fix
it.
