Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

The reference to "Codebase" is a pretty good indication that some web page
has used ActiveX to infect you. However you deal with this it will simply
happen again if you don't take some steps to stop such infections. It's not
difficult, in most cases people need never get infected with this crap in
the first place.
