This is the problem that I have been having all evening.
After about an hour or so while online and I want to go
back to a previous page, the screen says that they can't
find a server connection. This is very frustrating and I
have to bail completely out from the internet and and
then re-sart the process. I believe that there is a bug
in this software and would like to have some help on this
issue.

You don't say what kind of connection you are running. If it's a dial-up
service, some Internet Service Providers will automatically disconnect you
after 1-2 hours anyway. They do this to ensure that users do not simply
leave their connection on unattended for long periods.

Normally you can simply reconnect and continue browsing.
