when i open ie6 at the first time i cann't see the webpage
unless i refresh the page what can i do to solve is
problem?

Meta Refresh affects redirects/reloads, it does not come into play in the
situation 'at the first time' (to quote our correspondent).

Does it happen for every web page you visit the first time or just certain
pages?

Are you using a proxy server in any fashion to access the Internet? If so,
can you go direct? How does that work if you can?
