Hi Lesley,
Operating System Version please?, and could you clarify what you mean with
Verivication Code, do you mean Log in or what?.
Bad idea to install Beta Product and still under testing phase,IE7 still
going testing phase with developers and software Manufacurers.
Could you restore to an earlier date when every thing been working Okay.
HTH.

Hi,

XP os.

By verification code i mean sometimes, to post a question to a seller, you
have to look at a pic and type the characters into a box for security.

Okay,
Open your Run command and type the following;
regedit.exe or regedit32.exe and press Ok or Enter on your Keyboards/Keypad.
On the Registry Eidtor locate this key if it exist and delete ( but be
warned editing the Registry wrong can render your System Useless) backup
first you can always rerstore from backup.
HKEY_CLasses_Root\Clsid\ {c90250f3 - 4d7d - 4991 - 9b69 - ac5c5bc1c2ae6}
Delete this it is left by IE7 in the registry, Exit the Registry Editor and
Reboot your Machine and try the website.

Again Open the RUN command and try register some DLLs;
regsvr32 shell32.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 Msjava.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 Cryptsvc.dll

Please try one at a time in the Run Command and you will get message that
the registring the Dll was successful.
Reboot and see if you still have the issue or been solved.
If still exist in the Run command type this :
sfc /scannow Press Ok and get your XP CD handy to Put in or you can Put
the Cabs Path instead of the Cd in the folder Called Uninstalled Information
on your Directory in the Windows Explorer try to locate it and know the
correct path for it if you don't hace XP CD.
Reboot after and try the Ebay.
HTH.
Please let us know.
