Problems with .Net Passport saying that cookies are not
enabled when they are. Tried reinstalling after doing
regedit modify on ISINSTALLED string. Download of
required files jumps from 38k suddenly to 3748k - then
says in install that software has not passed Microsoft
testing and stops download. Now everytime I reboot it
tries to resume install with same results.

HELP!!

Windows version?

See this KB article about reinstalling/repairing IE:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318378.

This section of Windows Update Troubleshooter deals with the "logo" error
message:

When installing an update you receive the following message:
"Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing"

Reinstalling IE is a rather drastic step to correct your cookies problem,
IMHO. You may be cutting off your nose to spite your face. Make certain
your date, time, and time *zone* settings are correct. Suggest disabling
any firewall until cookies are working correctly.

IE Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

passport.net

and Allow All Cookies.
