IE6 wont load

I have a problem with IE6x not loading. The software is
completely patched and so is the operating system
(WIN2kPRO sp4) I can get to the internet though by using
Windows explorer and typing an address in the address
box. Everything works fine from here, but I can not
launch IE6x by itself.

Any Suggestions
