Using IE6, SP2. I can navigate sucessfully to real estate site and view
initial pix of homes. When "virtual tour" link is chosen the new window
won't display picture. Frame is displayed along with other stuff but not
picture.

Can't find out why THIS PC won't work. Other PC with similiar (I thoght)
settings works fine.

Thanks for any ideas..........

Ted,

Good question. Don't know. If I installed it on the other PC it was by
accident. The tour was created by IPIX. Is there a 'generic' program I
failed to initialize or install?

Thanks,

Kim

The website offering the virtual tour should tell you exactly what
software you need to view its contents. If not, contact the company.
There is no generic program that displays all types of media.

Hi Kim,

Scroll down the list to "Microsoft VM" area and click on the Check box for
the "Java console enabled". This may require computer restart to take effect.
on Wins9X, NT.
=> Also on the same window Scroll down to Multimedia and be sure these are
selected:

[ √ ] Enable Image Toolbar (Req Re)
[ √ ] Play Animation in web pages
[ √ ] Play sound in web pages
[ √ ] Play Videos in web pages
[ √ ] Show Pictures
[ √ ] Smart image Dithering
On the same Window Click on Security Tab and on the Internet while it is
Highlighted click Customise, then scroll down to scripting Option and check
these:
(S) Active Scripting:

(*) Enable check this Radio Button
( ) Prompt

(S) Scripting of Java Applets

( ) Prompt
=> Do you have enough Memory/RAM to run these Virtual Tour?.
=> If you have a Slow connection that can contrbute to slow download of
images from the Host server to view the VT.
