IE6 won't collect or display history

Upgraded from Win2K to XP Pro. Since then, IE6 will not
display a history, even though "Days to keep history" is
greater than 1. Any clues on how to solve this?
 
After reading some other posts, decided to Delete Temporary Files and check the "Delete all offline content" box as well. Now it works... hmmm.
