IE6 - Web links that open in new windows not working

I have tried what you suggested Debbie, but I am still
having problems. I had installed IE 6 before, and had no
problems with it. Then I had a problem, and had to run
recovery on my system and since then, I have had the
problem with links not opening other windows. Anyone else
have any other rememdies, please contact me.
