IE6, W98, restore previous folder windows at logon

I found that I could export that registry entry from wxp into w98se so that
IE6 would restore previous folder windows at logon, and it worked just fine,
but now taking it further is there a way to also put that functional check
box listing in the folder options> view menu too? Yes I believe there is a
way, but does anyone know the reg keys to do it? Thank you.
