I have read other posts of people having ie work for one user & not another.
We have 3 users using xp home edition. The problem started with one user
having difficulty browsing(pages opeing very slowly) then user 2 started
having problems. User 1 was eventually unable to even get an error message,
at which point user 2 started working better. User 3 was functioning with no
problem. After trying a number of things, I made a new profile for user 1,
which worked fine. At that point user 2 stopped working completely. I made
a new profile for user 2, everything was fine, then user 3 quit working.
New profile made, everything running fine for about a week, now user 2 & 3
have crashed again, user 1 still working fine. I have up to date virus
protection & no viruses detected, also have microsoft antispyware, & nothing
detected there. This is getting to be a very frustrating problem. Any help
would be appreciated.
