Yesterday, I visited the Microsoft Upgrade site and downloaded two
upgrades, one of which was to my Internet Explorer. Now, the scroll
bar no longer takes me down (almost) a full page when I click on the
blank space at the bottom, but more like a page and a half. If I click
just barely below the scroll bar, I *do* get the previous full page,
but I would rather just keep my mouse arrow down at the bottom and
click a page at a time. How to correct?
