IE6 Unable to Access one website

I am unable to access www.etax.dor.ga.gov on three of eight machines on
peer-to-peer network behind Netopia router. Two of the three "problem
machines" run W2000 SP4. The third runs XP Home. All machines are current
with windows updates and are scanned frequently with Adaware, Spybot, Ewido,
and (now) Windows Defender beta. Have verified the security (including
restricted sites), privacy, content, and advanced settings under
"Tools/Internet Options" on some of the "working" machines (same OS and
updates) against those of two of the "problem" machines. No joy. Have
flushed the dns cache on the "problem" machines - still no joy. Have
checked the hosts file on the "problem" machines but nothing untoward
detected. Again, the three "problem" machines seem to function normally and
access all websites (except the subject) without difficulty or delay. Any
assistance appreciated.

I am not sure if this is relavent but have a look at the dns report for the
site

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=www.etax.dor.ga.gov

I don't have the technical expertise to suggest a solution, but the dns
report gives a warning about the possibility of routing timeouts. Suggest
pinging the site from you problem pcs.
