IE6 - toolbars and Search problems

For the past week I'm experiencing a problem on IE6.
A new search toolbar has added itself to the browser, one
that can be removed with a right click on the toolbar,
but pops up every time I re-open it. I've checked the
Add/Remove Programs and there is nothing to remove.
2nd problem...when I click on SEARCH, my search engine
has changed. Anyone know how to change it back?

First eliminate any scumware.

Hi Dennis,

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
