IE6 to IE7 Favorites

My favorites did not migrate. All the links etc are in My Documents... How do
I get them? I also run Firefox and their migration tool doesn't work either.

the favorites Menu does not activate at all.

How do I stop PopUps completely?

I am on another system as I cannot post from the other because of popup
blocking. Even when turned off it blocks.

Had to do a reinstall - all is OK now.
