They'll send a link to it for free if you call them. I did it a long time
ago. They only charge for actual tech support, not for requesting existing
files like these.
I had some trouble deploying this in my environment, however. Be especially
sure you test it, and remeber it finishes installing after a reboot and
upon first logon. There's a checkbox you must check when you compile your
IE6 setup using IEAK. I forget the name but it's in the docs somewhere.
