If any are found either delete the entry or change the value.

Security Tab Restrictions:
Security_HKLM_only - forces the use of the local machine settings rather
than current user
Security_options_edit - prevents changing security zone settings and
disables the Custom Level button and security-level slider
SecChangeSettings - prevents changing Security Levels for the Internet Zone
SecAddSites - prevents adding Sites to any zone
Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)
Note: always backup the Registry before making any changes. Also be aware
these reg edits are intended for stand-alone or home users. Corporate users
are urged to check with their network supervisor before removing
restrictions.
