IE6 - Right click has a porno option

Ok, so I've looked at a porn site.
Sorry.

When I right click in IE6 I get the usual options that I
always saw but I also get one extra.

I ran a scan through Ad-aware and didn't pick anything up.
I've looked through the add/remove software in the control
panel and can't see anything obvious.

Any ideas?
 
Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

I have tried to look at regedit and get the message memory
access violation. What does this mean please?
