IE6 Password to restrict access

Is it possible to make IE6 ask for a password when it is launched, the reason
for asking is my boss wants to limit internet access, the easiest way to do
it would be for IE6 to ask for a password at launch, any help would be
greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

As Robear answered, after his little funny, no. You would need to install
third-party software to restrict internet access or the ability to launch
the iexplore.exe file.

One thing you could to would be to set up the Content Advisor to it's most
restrictive - like one approved site - then when someone tries to go
elsewhere, they'd need the CA password:
