IE6 Password to restrict access

Is it possible to make IE6 ask for a password when it is launched, the reason
for asking is my boss wants to limit internet access, the easiest way to do
it would be for IE6 to ask for a password at lunch, any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
