IE6, Outlook 2000 and emailing web pages

I don't know if it was Outlook Sp3, or IE6 that is causing this, but when we
attempt to email a page using the "File, send, link by email" function, the
URL gets attached to the message but the URL isn't inserted into the body of
the message. Office SP3 (by default if I remember correctly) blocks URLs as
attachments. So the question becomes why doesn't it put the address into the
body of the message instead of attaching it to the message? Is there a way
to force this to happen?

Thanks!

Yes, that's what IE does now. Someone at MS screwed up. You will have to
use copy and paste.
