I can load a website and was told that its because IE7 doesnt support it and

With Vista you CANNOT install IE6...so check your security settings...
they may be too high.

You may want to try another browser however...
You should be able to run a Mozilla-based browser on Vista with no problems

If you are on VISTA, you can not uninstall IE7... it's part of the furniture.

If you are on XP or prior, I recommend staying with IE6 or dumping IE7
and reverting to 6.

However, I have yet to run across incompatible web sites based on
which of the two current IE browsers are being used. I lean toward
believing that this is a settings issue with security, phishing, firewall,
cookies, or something similar.

Consider NOT corrupting your Miscrosoft product by installing *any*
3rd party web browser or loading unecessary toolbars or plug-ins.

Not only not necessary, it's impossible with Vista.
What's the URL of the site? Maybe someone here
can figure out the problem from the Webpage's
source.
