IE6 Only works under Administrator Account

I attempted to add a new power user to 2K Pro, no
additional changes were made. But, IE6 generates an error
in iexplorer.exe module kernel32.dll. If i grant the user
administrator rights this does not occur and can function
properly. Any word's of wisdom?

I really don't know, but suggest you try posting in one of the Internet
Explorer newsgroups. Certainly sounds like a permission problem. You could
try logging on as that user and then using runas with administrator
credentials to run filemon and regmom to see where access is being denied if
you want to try and track it down. --- Steve
