moning folks... I need to acces my own company's web site to download pdf
data sheets...
http://www.devoecoatings.com/home.jsp

on the products page there is a hot key for accessing the data sheet pdf's.
when I hit that key, all the IE6 options for saving, printing etc are greyed
out, and when it opens to a new window, there is only the small orange square
in the upper left corner....

I have tried the FAQ & reset a dozen .dll, reset the content advisor, shut
down the firewall & pop-up blokker... all to no avail - no download...

any advice welcome

Bill,
Have you tried uninstalling your version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, and get the latest version from them? I would not download/install the toolbar component. If you have the toolbar component from a previous installation, uninstall that first before, uninstalling the Acrobat Reader software.
