IE6 not working

A user cannot access any website using IE6 from his profile. His machine is
running on Win XP. The error code 0XC0000005. Please assist

You do not mention the version of Windows being used, nor do you post the
exact wording of the error message, and no details of the problem, thus, you
leave us with little clue as to the nature of the problem. The error
0XC0000005 can be cause by many things, however, the most common cause is
from various malware on the system. Please read the informaton here and
post back with the necessary details of the problem.

In the interim, follow the steps below to fully clean any malware, Trojans,
parasites, spyware or adware from the system.

Follow all directions carefully: If you can't download the programs directly
to the affected machine, download them from a second machine, copy to floppy
and install in the affected machine.

Download and install BHODemon from

Your problem may be caused by a bad BHO.

Be aware, your Anti-Virus won't detect all types of warez, Trojans, worms,
etc. So even if you run it, and nothing shows up, it does not mean your
system is clean. It takes a series of programs to fully clean your machine.

Also download and install HiJackThis - Free
This will show if you have any other nasties on your system, what kind and
where.
