IE6 not working in XP users

I can only access IE6 as an administrator. If a user tries to use the IE6 an error comes up to report to microsoft and no loading occurs. Can anone help?
 
Clean the parasites from the other users.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
