IE6 does not appear to be allowing cookies on an intRAnet.
You cannot set it in the advanced for the privacy settings
either since it expects a ".com".

For example:

http://myserver:90

is not allowed. Only by entering a static IP am I allowed
to connect and use cookies.

How can I get IE6 to acknowledge these are ok, or is this
an IE bug?

You will have to edit your cookies for an intranet.
Tools/privacy/edit.
