Recently, when I try to use Internet Explorer 6.0 on my
Windows XP machine, it will not pull up any web pages,
nor will it let me update software (such as using
Symantec LiveUpdate), or access certain programs on my
computer (like iTunes) that require an internet
connection to fully function.
I've run several virus/spybot/adware checks on my
computer, and I've deleted whatever problems have
appeared (except for this one pesky trojan in d3os.exe
which Symantec can't get rid of, nor can I...).
Does anyone have any ideas? And, if you believe the
Trojan is causing it, any ideas as how to stop it?!
Thanks!
