I did not understand your question, so:
1) If yuour question was, "How to View Russian Web sites using IE6"
then please go to my site and see Fonts section first and then -
Russian in Browsers/Mail/News section
2) If you want to have localized Russian version of IE6 where
browser's menu have Russian words instead of "File", "Edit", ...
then you need to download such thing from MS site.
