IE6 help index box

When I click on help and then click on "index" I get the error reporting
window and explorer shuts down. Any suggestions?

Also, If I click on start then help and suport then click on the index box
the page opens and there is a red x in the placeholder. Was wondering if
these two problems are related.

Thanks Don - It works fine now!!!!! Considering I need "help" all of the time
