IE6 has limited functionality

Hello,

I am running WinME with IE6 service pack 1. But lately it has limited
functionality. For instance the popup blocker doesn't even show up in the
tools/options/. It has less functionality than the old IE5.5 had. The
help/about shows ver 6.

I suspect the registry has gotten somehow corrupted. But when I try to
download a new version and install it the same thing happens. What should I
do?

I believe the popup blocker was introduced with SP2 which is not available
for WinMe.

You might be right. I use two computers. The one I normally use has WinXP
and I think Service pak 2. I may be getting them confused.

BTW, Can WinXP be installed on a computer with only 128 Meg of RAM?
