Internet Explorer is frequently freezzing up and then
after a minute or so, reporting an error and asking if it
may submit this report to Microsoft (which I agree to).
But this happens every day, where do i start in trying to
fix this?

Try running the Repair Internet Explorer option. Go to your Control Panel
and select the Add\Remove Programs, find Internet Explorer in the list and
click the button.
If this does not work try noting the details of your IE error and report
them here in this forum.

Someone here may be able to help you.

Thanks Rob, but I don't see a Repair button. I have a
Change/Remove button and when I click that I am told that
this will remove the Q822925 update and restore my
previous configuration? That can't be right??

I had this problem yesterday. Find my post from about 24
hours ago. Siljaline posted a fix that worked. I basically
had to delete my history, cookies and other things using
DOS commands. (remember those?)I couldn't delete from IE,
because it was freezing up even when offline. I also
installed ad aware spyware detection and found that I had
117 "bugs."

You need to provide your operating systemname (XP, Win98, etc.) since
advice will be different.

Here's a reference to repairing IE for XP users.
