IE6 Freezes

W2k SP3
IE6 SP1
Only happens when accessing secure sites:
Once in to the site (having entered username & Password)
the browser 'freezes', and no matter which link is clicked
nothing happens.
Browser can be closed normally, no need to end task.

Only happens on machines with Win2k and IE6, and other
combination of O/S and Browser seems to work OK.

As a work around, we've rolled back affected machines to
IE5.5SP2, and they work great, but with that not being
available for download, we can't roll back all machines to
that standard so really need to fix the IE6 problem

Any suggestions?

Done all that.
Still have the same problem, still only affects Win2K + IE6
With any other Browser / OS combination it works, and only
secure sites are affected.

Any more ideas?
