IE6 Focus Problem

I have a problem when there are more than 1 IE6 window open. The last
opened window is in the front. When I click on a window in back (any)
the window is highlighted as if it has focus but does not move to the
front of the group so I can not see it. The only way is to minimize the
windows in front. How can I fix this problem?

Any help is appreciated.

Note (in that article) that TweakUI can make the registry edit, if you don't
wish to do it manually.

The UNDO file at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line #66
right-side) makes the same registry edit.
