I recently updated to internet explorer 6.0 along with
several other windows updates. My computer stalled for 2
days before finally rebooting. Upon attempting to browse
the internet via 6.0 the executable file is not found. I
have deleted and reinstalled the file several times with
no luck. the only way i can browse the internet is by
utilizing IE provided in aol. HELP....J

"Upon attempting to browse the internet via 6.0 the executable file is not
found" -> Do you mean when you open IE from the Windows Start menu or from a
shortcut on the desktop you get an error? What is the error message? Try
running iexplore.exe directly (e.g. c:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe) and see if that works (if it does then create a new
shortcut to it).

"I have deleted and reinstalled the file several times with no luck" -> Do
you mean just the iexplore.exe file or have you tried an uninstall
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;293907) from
Add/Remove programs and then re-installed from Windows Update or
www.microsoft.com?
