IE6- Doesnt Work-Please help.

Ok, Thanks for Reading this.

When i open Internet Explorer v6, it will not load any web
pages, I am;

-Connected to the Internet
-Working Online
-Cleard Cookies
-Cleard all files within the Temperary Internet Files
-Cannot Locate any Possible Spyware-But will use Spybot if
problem is still there
-Serched Temp File For Spyware
-Checked installed Programs to See if Spyware is installed
-Dissabled and Closed Firewall
-Gives the message 'Cannot open Search Page' on any website
that i have requested and it doesnt load.
-I am Currently using Netscape v7 Instead
-This problem has happend before, Fixed it By Re-Formatting PC
-I have Also Restet all IE Settings

It may be a winsock problem.

IMPORTANT:
