Hi,
First clear the Temporary Internet Files for that account and set the size
of that folder to 50-60 MB.
Next, troubleshoot this by disabling third-party programs, toolbars, BHOs
(Browser Helper Object) or other add-ons to IE. Many of these are user
account specific. The guilty party should become obvious at some point.
Look at:
IE> Tools> Manage add-ons.
MSCONFIG> Startup.
Control Panel> Add or remove programs.
Or... malware can affect some, but not all, user accounts.

I can't figure this one out. Under 1 user profile IE works just fine. Under
the other profile on the machine it hangs sometimes immediately and sometimes
around the third page I go to. Have tried to configure IE the same under
both profiles.
WinXP Med Ctr, SP2
Any ideas?
