Mike

Whenever I visit certain websites, my IE pops up
the "sorry for the inconvenience, internet explorer must
close, would you like to send an error report" message and
IE shuts down. I've done a bunch of checks for spyware,
but nothing has come up. This only started happening when
I upgraded from ME to XP. Any ideas?

Hi Mike

Try the following and see if it helps:

Internet Explorer has encountered a problem:

Disable script debugging

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script
Debugging check box in the Browsing section.
Click OK, and then restart Windows.
