IE6 crashes after I close Popups

The system was doing fine. I started getting a lot of
popups so I installed a pop up killer. That helped a day
or two, then IE started crashing. I uninstalled the
popup killer and the crashing is still happening. It
also happens when I get 8-10 popups and start closing
them, many time IE comes up with an error and crashes.
Can someone help?

Same thing happens to me.
