ie6 corrupted

I don't have access to ie6 anymore because, no matter what I try to do, I
get the same message: "This application has requested the Runtime to
terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support
team for more information."

How can I get ie6 back? I get the same message on both drives C: and D:
