IE6 closes when on a java enabled web site. I am able to relaunch IE, I have
no known malware or spyware or viruses and trojans, constantly scan for
those! Will be tryin to see if it is one website specific later today in the
meantime any other assistance is appreciated.

First thing to do would be to update/reinstall Java:
http://www.java.com/en/download/download_the_latest.jsp
Java test page - http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml - runs an
applet and tells you the version of Java you are using
If no joy:

Hey still no luck.. should I uninstall the latest Java 1.5.0 and all updates
then reinstall the older Java 1.4.2?
then reinstall the older Java 1.4.2?
