IE6 - Cannot find file: ///C:/windows/s.htm

I get subject error message all of a sudden when clicking
on the Internet Explorer icon.

Ran a search on the entire hard drive, including
recycler, and could not locate such a file.

Anyone know what's going on? The only recent changes I
have made are the installation of Adsgone and Imesh.

Removal Tool -

Make sure all instances of IE and OE are closed, unzip the tool,
hit the executable and follow the prompts.

Run "Hijack This" for final cleanup -
