IE6 Browser Crashes in Limited Accounts

I can not get IEs browser to launch im Limited Accounts.
It comes up with the usual "has encountered a problem and
will close" box. It works fine if I change the active
account to "Administrator", but I don't want to have to
do this on all accounts. This fault came out of the blue
after all accounts had worked for years without a problem.
I am running XP Pro.
My ISP says it's a Windows problem. I am up to date with
Windows downloads, and have even tried unistalling IE6
and reloading it again. I have even temporarily disabled
my firewall (Norton). Any ideas, anybody.

Regards

Tony

But I suspect a bad BHO in the account.
