IE6 aol art viewer add-in?

I was installing IE6 on an older NT4 machine and one of the options was a
viewer for AOL .art files.
I'm looking for the same option on a windows 2000 machine, but since there
is apparently no custom install options for windows 2000, i was wondering
if anyone knows how to do this.

Currently .art files will not display in my browser, meaning that i have to
open aol to view some files that have been sent to me. I'd like to be able
to see them in IE which should be doable.
